Το τραγούδι “Break a Broken Heart” με ερμηνευτή τον Andrew Lambrou εκπροσώπησε την Κύπρο στον Διαγωνισμό Τραγουδιού της Eurovision 2023 αφού επιλέχθηκε εσωτερικά από το ΡΙΚ, τον κυπριακό εθνικό ραδιοτηλεοπτικό φορέα για τον Διαγωνισμό Τραγουδιού της Eurovision.

Το “Break a Broken Heart” συντέθηκε από μια μίξη Δανών και Σουηδών τραγουδοποιών, δηλαδή τους Jimmy Jansson, Jimmy “Joker” Thornfeldt, Marcus Winther-John και Thomas Stengaard.

Το τραγούδι περιγράφεται ως μια μπαλάντα “για σχέσεις που τελειώνουν με ραγισμένη καρδιά, αλλά στο τέλος μπορεί κάλλιστα να μας ωθήσουν να ξανασηκωθούμε από τις στάχτες, ακόμα πιο δυνατοί”.
