Αρχικά, το τραγούδι επρόκειτο να κατατεθεί στη Ρωσία για τον εθνικό τελικό το 2022, όμως η χώρα αποβλήθηκε από την EBU μετά την εισβολή στην Ουκρανία.
Το 2023, είχε ηχογραφηθεί ως demo από την Ελληνίδα καλλιτέχνη Μελίσσα Μαντζούκη, με το οποίο συμμετείχε στην κλειστή εθνική επιλογή της Ελλάδας για τον διαγωνισμό του 2023. Το τραγούδι πέρασε στη δεύτερη φάση, όπου βγήκε πρώτο από την επιτροπή κοινού με 693 βαθμούς, αλλά μόλις τρίτο από την καλλιτεχνική επιτροπή με 440 βαθμούς, καταφέρνοντας να πάρει τη δεύτερη θέση με 1,133 βαθμούς, πίσω από το “What They Say” του Βίκτορ Βερνίκου.
